He is a well-seasoned and chartered construction professional with management qualification, having around 22 years (a total of 38 years’ experience) of astute project management and operations experience in the level of Projects director and Project manager with a proven track record of completing several projects, both green field and brown field in a wide range. With a global perspective, he gained experience in India, UAE (Dubai), Oman, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia while working with top tier contracting organizations and consultancies.

As Projects Director, worked for international EPMC, he has demonstrated expertise in establishing project teams for diverse/multiple large-scale projects, delegating tasks, training them to adopt the company's system and protocol, including QHSE, contractual matters, ensuring the system is in place by monitoring the defined KPIs, leading regular WPR & MPR meetings etc. Four million safe man hours were achieved in one of the industrial projects he oversaw. Also, he facilitated the team of FEED, tendering, planning, QHSE and HR. 

He had the opportunity to interact with numerous international clients and stakeholders, providing effective communication and leadership for schedule adherence, cost optimization, quality control, and resolving significant contractual issues at various stages of the life cycle in projects such as Pharma, Food, Chemical, Breweries, Warehouses with large utility and process equipment, steel structures and Hotel, hospital etc.

As Project manager, he worked for top tier contractors and gained experience of handling water projects consisting of reservoirs, pump stations, transmission & huge distribution pipeline network, Mall expansion, STP etc. and Jabel Akthar water supply system is significant in Oman. 

In Dubai, he handled the significant projects of high-rise buildings consisting of 4B + G + 76 storied, 285 m high and 3B + 27 storied oblong-shaped 141m high twin towers + Automated Car parking system have a capacity of 1200 with 750 workers and huge project team. He was a Dubai Municipality-approved Engineer for unlimited floor development. Also handled elegant and cluster villas in township construction, client EMAAR.
